It is with profound sadness and heavy hearts that we announce the unexpected passing of Gary Lloyd Brown, who peacefully left us in his sleep on the morning of Tuesday, December 31, 2024. Gary had been courageously battling cancer, which progressed swiftly. He is survived by his beloved wife, Kay; his son, Jesse, and daughter-in-law, Karen; grandchildren Sarah, Wyatt, and Jaden, along with Jaden’s wife Samantha, and their future great-granddaughter. He is also survived by his two sisters, Shirley and Elaine .
Gary was a devoted family man, an enthusiastic outdoorsman, a skilled hunter, fisherman, and seasoned archer. Above all, he was a faithful Christian, who shared the love and word of God with all who crossed his path.
Farewell dear friend...
In loving memory of Don Champ
January 26, 1968 to January 6, 2009
Don Champ is survived by his wife Laura Champ and children Nikki and Cody of Clovis, his parents Mike and Patsy of Clovis, brother Mike of Fresno, Mother-in-law Cathryn Roberts of Clovis, Father-in-law Warren O. Baldridge of Oklahoma, his brother and sister-in-laws: Les and Renee Baldridge of Oaklahoma, Kevin and Tammy Baldridge of Clovis, niece Megan and nephew Dusty. They are comforted knowing that he is in the hands of the Lord.
Don loved nature and the outdoors and was devoted to his family and friends. The love of his life, Laura was his best friend and soul mate. Laura devoted her life to Don and is heartbroken to have him taken so soon. His children Nikki and Cody were the other staples of his life. He raised a strong, respectful, and caring son whom he was very proud of, and a daughter whose heart he taught kindness and compassion that he cherished. Strength and integrity were the embodiment of his character. He had the strength of the world in his hands and in his heart the will of the grizzly bear. He was our rock and will forever live in our hearts.
