TEACHER ORGANIZING
I usually stay organized using IDOCEO app, but this year, I have been using Google Slides and Sheets to track all of my info!
TO DO GRID (WHEN A LIST JUST ISN'T ENOUGH)
Sometimes life as a teacher is so busy, a TO DO LIST just doesn't cut it.
So I use a GRID! :)
IDOCEO should hire me as a promoter haha! I love this app! I have been using it for 7 years now (except in virtual school when I am already tied to a desktop). It gets better every year! Whatever is in this slide deck, it is already 10 times better! It replaced 4 binders of paper tracking and I can use it while walking around working with students on my ipad. It looks like they have even made a desktop and phone version since I used it last!

*** every year iDoceo is improving and updating! So the slides from just 5 years ago do not even show the half of the great tools and layout there is now!
GOOGLE SHEETS STUDENT TRACKING
When I am not walking around a classroom, I use Google Sheets to track marks and notes about student. Google Classroom lacks a lot of tools so I use it to communicate marks to students and families, but it is not great for me to see student progress or make notes about communications or needs.
