Grade 7 History Projects.
The main project is Twitter, using the ladder of inference from the Rotman School of Business I-Think program.
TWITTER HISTORIQUE / HISTORICAL TWITTER
1) Students create a Twitter Profile for a character from history (specific or a category, i.e. King's daughters, Fur Trader, King of England, English Soldier, Mother Earth, Huron woman, etc.)
2) Students identify their character's values, likes, dislikes, etc.
STUDENT EXAMPLES:
3) For each topic, students use the Ladder of Inference to make a conclusion from their character's perspective.
