Gate Update

Our gate is an integral part in the safety and security of our community. It is the first entrance to our properties, and is our "guard" for everything inside our boundaries.

The gate code is private...meaning, it should not be shared. Periodically, the gate code will be changed. This is to prevent unauthorized entry to non-owners who have been given the code. When the gate code is changed, it does not affect your clickers or the Directory. The Directory, located at the gate, is provided for property owners to allow (or deny) access into our community by visitors, delivery or other people who you know. It is easy and convenient. Visitors simply locate your 2-digit directory number to call you using the keypad. Once you confirm who is outside the gate, you can open the gate directly from your telephone. The gate will automatically close behind them. Contact us if you need detailed instructions.
