About Us

Luz del Sol is a private, gated community, located against the Glorieta Mesa in San Miguel County, New Mexico. Consisting of 21 tracts, the community was first developed in 2001 and incorporated in June 2005. The Luz del Sol Homeowners Association is a nonprofit corporation constituted under the laws of New Mexico for the purpose of maintaining roads and other facilities held under common ownership within the Subdivision, and any successor unincorporated association, including without limitation, any master association.
