Go straight through and activate the bounty hunter panel at the end of the hall. After going through, go straight and activate the Threepio door straight ahead and go through this door as well. Go down the hall on your left, and walk to the end. In the room this hall leads to, go up the left elevator by activating the bounty hunter panel on the inside of it. You will see Threepio will be on the roof right when you go up.
