Swim coach - Linda Gilliam - Email her at Linda.Gilliam@leesummit.k12.mo.us is a former LSHS head coach for girls´ swimming and diving and a coach synchronized swimming coach in the metro area. She has taught Math in the district for 19 years and is a very left brain person and talented backstroker. She placed at state when she swam for Central High School and swam at Central Missouri State University when it was CMSU and before they cut the girls´ team. She is four times a grandmother and looking forward to her next grandchild.
Dive coach - Jeff Mix - Jeff.Mix@leesummit.k12.mo.us Has coached many LS divers to state placements as a district diving coach. He dove at Blue Springs High School as well as at the University of Kansas. He has a 11 year old daughter, Lily, and is a 5th grade teacher at Richardson Elementary in the district.

Coach David is excited to begin his first season as head coach for the Tigers after two seasons learning and coaching diving for the Lee's Summit high schools and two years teaching Spanish at LSHS. He is excited to bring his knowledge of training, technique, racing and motivating athletes but knows that our team's success will come primarily from the drive, determination and character of our swimmers and divers.
Coach David has coached swimming for the KC Blazers, the Shawnee Sharks and at an urban charter high school in KCMO and was a swimmer and team captain for the University of Missouri. Before Missouri, Coach David was a club and high school swimmer in New Mexico. Coach David lives in Kansas City, Missouri with his 2 year old son, Otto, and his amazing wife, Sarah, who is a structural engineer at Burns and McDonnell.
