Summer season kick off banquet

Dear parents,

I am very excited to be less than two weeks away from our summer kick-off banquet. In this email, please find our event evite with all the details about the banquet and other two pieces that you can help prepare for our banquet.

First, everybody please rsvp in the evite that I emailed today.

Second, if your son or daughter hasn´t filled out the introduction form, please have him or her do so. The link is here for guys and here for girls.

Finally, if you have any pictures from past seasons, please share them with us. I want to showcase our past athletes at the banquet as well as create a photo archive on our team website to remember our roots. For our purposes, I´d appreciate if you would share them via dropbox. You should have received a dropbox invitation in your email box just before this email. Please click on the blue link that says “view folder”. Create an account (less than 1 minute to do so). In the next screen, rather than downloading the app, click the second linked option down that says “dropbox website”. From there, click “web uploader” and drag and drop or select jpgs or other image files from your computer to share with us.
