This applies to users outside the Call Center group only.
Below are the steps required to connect your iPhone to the PBX at voip.lsconsumer.co.za using Zoiper on Android.
Important: This only works on the PE WiFi, the LSA WiFi in Centurion or if the phone is connected to the PE OpenVPN server. Speak to ICT about getting your phone connected to OpenVPN if required.
Install Zoiper from the Google Play Store and then start it.
Tap Config
Tap Accounts
Tap Add Account
On the question "Do you already have an account?" tap Yes
Tap the Manual configuration button
Tap SIP
Fill in the form as follows:
Account name - Whatever you want to see on your screen
Host - 192.168.7.27
Username - Your extension number
Password - The password generated for you by ICT
Outbound proxy - 192.168.7.27:5062
Caller ID - Your name
Scroll down and tap Network Settings
Make sure Transport Type is set to UDP
Scroll down and turn the User RPORT for media checkbox on
Tap the back button
Tap Save
That is it, Zoiper is now ready for use. To exit from the app (disconnecting from the VoIP server), tap Config, scroll down and tap Exit
You can also integrate Zoiper with your phone's native dialer under Config -> Advanced
