2023 Annual Neighborhood HOA Meeting - Thursday June 29th at 6:30 pm at E D Locke Library in McFarland
(5920 Milwaukee St - McFarland)
We will be discussing a number of topics, including the mailbox project, speed mitigation, quarry issues and the annual board elections. If you would like to add your name to run for an open position, please email the board ASAP.
Lost Creek Neighborhood Mailbox Project - ONGOING UPDATES May 2023
We had a couple of mailboxes that were damaged by the plow this winter that are in need of replacement. We have a signed contract with Maple Leaf to replace these last 2 mailboxes. We will be actively looking for a new contractor to fill this need for the future. If you know of a contractor or bonded handyperson please let us know by email.

Contact Form and Architectural Review Application Form Available
The HOA board has been busy working on better ways to stay in touch with the neighborhood. We have created two new forms: Contact Us and the Architectural Review Application.
You can access the Contact form on the HOA Board page. Using the form will help organize responses and document questions and concerns in the neighborhood.
The board also created a better way to submit a project for the review by the Architectural Committee. If you are planning a change to the exterior of your home like installing a fence, changing the color of your house, updating your windows or something else, you need to submit an application for Architectural Review. The Architectural Committee makes sure that changes are in keeping with the style of the other homes in the neighborhood to keep property values high! Neighborhood Meeting to Discuss Detachment
There will be a neighborhood meeting to discuss detachment on March 30, 2014 from 2pm-4pm at the McFarland Community Center (5915 Milwaukee St, behind the McFarland library).
We will discuss the School District Detachment plan, answer questions, provide an opportunity for supporters to sign the petition, and at the end hand out volunteer tasks for those who are interested. Please RSVP to this Link http://mcfarlandredistrict.wordpress.com/events/
