I have renamed a holding company I own to: POORandyx GOLD Holdings Ltd.

All borrowed funds will go through this account (already setup) at the Swan Valley Credit Union.

First, I need the (pre-approved) Credit Union loan, then I need to buy GOLD bullion to protect the purchasing power of the loan funds, then I need to be ready to (enter into a joint) 50% partner/ownership contract with ALL the farmers, residential home owners and commercial property owners to purchase the farmland from farmers AFTER the farmland prices collapse. I have predicted what the farmland prices are likely to be … I need to be ready BEFOREHAND.

There is approximately $1.5 billion Canadian dollars worth of farmland in the Swan River Valley (rough values in 2019). I plan to offer to purchase 50% (ownership) (‘being a hands off’ silent partner) of ALL this farmland from the farmers in the Swan Valley in the near future (within 3 years). And do the same with residential and commercial property owners. They will ALL face bankruptcy and end up LOSING their current (today's value April 10, 2020) owners equity to the banks, FCC, MACC and the Swan Valley Credit Union within the next 2 to 3 years.

Based on your information from a collateral standpoint, I need/(want):

• 80% x 2020 property tax assessment value ($1,500,000,000.00 ?Canadian farmland property in the Swan Valley)
• 80% x 2020 property tax assessment value ($1,500,000,000.00 ? Canadian residential property in the Swan Valley)
• 75% x 2020 property tax assessment value ($1,500,000,000.00 ? Canadian commercial property in the Swan Valley)

Total funding required: $1.5 billion + $1.5 billion + $1.5 billion = $4.5 billion Canadian … to buy GOLD bullion FIRST. I will buy the assets mentioned above when THEY BOTTOM OUT in the coming PROPERTY VALUE CRASH in the next 2 years (maybe 3 years).
