I got the paperwork from the lawyer Wednesday.

Paperwork wise, the lawyer said the easiest way to deal with you is:

- have you sign over your 50 shares (50% ownership) to me

and have you resign as a director and officer of the (bankrupt) company

in addition, last years 'year end' papers also need to be signed just

so the company's paperwork is up to date and in order when you resign

(as the last of the paperwork)

Can you come by this morning (Friday)? Dad is out of the house.

We can do this 1 of 3 ways randy you can sign ur 50 shares over to meand be

out of company  u can give me 100 hours a month for being director and

officer since April so 700 hours on my t4 and give me a record of employment

saying I was layed off or u can buy my 50 shares out and I will sign

paperwork those are only 3 things I'm agreeing to to be out of company

It never ceases to amaze me how it never seems to occur to those

people who SCREW  people over that they (truly) only SCREW THEMSSELVES

in the end. Are you truly happy with yourself with what you did to me

(a cripple in a wheelchair)? Does it make you feel good that you

milked me (or our company) out of $49,764.46 in 2016 and another

$14,576.81 in 2017?

The company owns me $64,341.27 to get to $0.00. How much of that money

did you contribute (loan the company)?

You must feel so good with yourself because now with the company IN

BANKRUPCY, you want my shares! Great …the shares are worth ZERO

(nothing) because the company has $0.00 in the bank … directly because

of you.

You can have my (50) shares of the company for $64,341.27 (the amount

I loaned the company). Then we will be evenly invested in the company

again at (zero) each with a bank account at $0.00.

Otherwise, the company will be ‘declaring bankruptcy’ with the help

and costs of a lawyer. I imagine you have funds for your ½ of the

legal fees!  … ?

Whatever bullshit (ultimatum) idea you wrote in the last email … it

wasn’t worth reading.

You either sign the bit of legal paperwork I have and walk away from

the company (no longer connected to it). (I will deal with its

dissolution paperwork and legal fees.)

Or, you buy my (50) shares of the company for $64,341.27 and then do

whatever you want with the company and its lawyer fees.

to me

Well randy I got nothing to lose here u wanna declare bankruptcy go for it my credit is shit anyways I will declare personal as well and start fresh u on the other hand have ur hands tied into alout of business and property so it will hurt u a lot worse than me after all u are the president of company and had full signing power over everything I don't want the company but I'm not signing it over either so u decide get me out easily or declare bankruptcy scorch ur credit and have all extra fees that I'm not splitting I'm sure we can come to something reasonable that makes this a easy end to bad situation
