Go to https://www.google.com/latitude and set up an account fro yourself.
Share you location with me (martin) using my google id - mtifinn@gmail.com
I will then be able to see you location on my phone and PC. I will reciprocate.
You need to share with the others too - I will email to you all other google id email addresses if you don't have them
To appear on the map below, and for loved ones and friends to track your progress...
Go back to https://www.google.com/latitude, click on the 'Apps' tab
Click to "turn on the Google Public Location Badge", "Enable and show best available location"
Copy all the code in the box that begins .... <!-- Google Public Location Badge -->
Paste it all in an email to me at mtifinn@gmail.com ... I will sort the rest
