Click on "Science Congress Approval Form" to download this year's approval form. Make a copy for EACH STUDENT who should complete the form with signatures, then return the signed form to the liaison. *Be sure to use the 2026 form!!
Liaison will:
Compile all science congress approval forms into one PDF document, alphabetical by student last name.
Name the PDF file:
“JR_LISC_school name_approval forms 2026”
“SR_LISC_school name_approval forms 2026”
Email the one PDF document to the Division Director by February 10th, 2026.
*NOTE - liaison's email of the approval forms is the indication to the director that the student project data entry forms are complete. Please send the PDF after all final data has been entered online, but before the February 10th, 2026 deadline.
*It is recommended that you complete this process a few days BEFORE the deadline so that if mistakes are made, there is time to correct them.
