Can You Help?

Longhorsley residents have an excellent reputation for providing items for the Wansbeck Valley Foodbank.

Food may be left in the special bins in the Village Hall entrance hall and the Shoulder of Mutton. This will then be taken to the redistribution centre near Northgate Hospital. All contributions will be gratefully accepted! 

The following list of foods are urgently needed.

Breakfast cereal, Jars of jam and marmalade, Hot dogs / meatballs, Packets of biscuits - plain/chocolate, Pasta sauce, Boxes of cup-a-soup (not tinned), Tinned meat (mince, steak, chicken in sauce), Corned beef / tinned ham (PEK etc).
