The meeting minutes from last night are attached. Volunteers are needed for the following events/dates:
Basketball games to sell concessions - 1 parent each day. Games start about 3:45. Concessions can be sold during half time.

Monday – 1/23
Monday – 1/30
Thursday – 2/9
Can-Can Activity Night, Dec 9 5:50 - 8:10(ish)

4 parents to help supervise activities
It was also decided that the parents will sponsor an activity afternoon for Valentines Day on Friday, February 10 3:30 - 5:30. Dr. Stubblefield offered to provide the DJ and all proceeds will go to the parents group. At least 10 volunteers will be needed to make this happen, so please let Mandana know ASAP if you are able to help.
The next parents group meeting will be January 10 to finalize plans for the Activity Afternoon.
