Reflection:
The capability to speak in a manner that will achieve the desired result and in a well-organized and competent way is among the important elements of a good leader who operates any company. A leader does this by making sure that he provides essential information to his employees. For example, telling them where the company is heading and ensuring they are correct in all details to maintain progress. As a leader, I have the capability of advancing the degree to which my company is successful in producing a desired result or success. I can accomplish this by ensuring that my company is manufacturing more goods and is reducing the percentage of people who perceive us incorrectly. Also, as a leader, I will speak to my employees about my principles as well as my company's principles. I will assist them in understanding my personal principles and company principles through my activities within my organization. I will make sure I allow my employees to understand my dedication to the basis on which my leadership is built. Exchanging information can also be regarded as giving employees support to contribute their views, thus encouraging company involvement and creating a surrounding condition in which employees operate their activities while feeling they are not exposed to any danger, especially when they are performing their daily activities within the organization.
Leadership Communication
The artifact (LEAD 510) clearly explains the essence of exchanging information between followers effectively. Selecting certain words or phrases that you want to tell your employees or any individual who is around you in your company is very important. This is essential because it will enable your employees to be able to understand what you are communicating with them. It is very important to understand the audience that is listening to me and my surroundings in which I operate my activities within my organization. I must be aware of people who believe in me. In (LEAD 575), I clearly explain why it is essential for a leader to choose an effective method of exchanging information to individuals in the company. He must communicate by the way he acts around others, the way he acts while completing responsibilities with co-workers, and the amount of preparation for business activities. This is relative because it gives me the opportunity to figure out what kind of information I am supposed to exchange with followers. Additionally, the theory calculates effective properties for media with located symmetric inclusions in which I am required to use communication to make sure that others are able to visualize what I intend to portray.
Communicating Values
In (LEAD 580), I was able to conclude that it is essential to communicate values to employees. There is a strong possibility that communication can assist workers to accomplish organizational goals easily. I strongly believe it is important for me to explain my values to my company so I can ensure that I practice those values during my day to day activities. I will make my values known visually, and distribute them to every employee. I will lead by example as a model leader by teaching while visualizing where my employees are within the company. I need to portray this leadership mentality because it will allow my followers to believe that my personal values and company values are imperative within my company, creating growth for us to be able to achieve our organizational goals.
Communication During Conflict
(LEAD 515) clearly explains followers working together effectively and how it can reduce the consequences of serious disagreement in a different job environment. I believe that choosing to work jointly on activities with employees is an essential choice which will make me a better leader. As a leader, while I am trying to find different methods of solving problems while working with others, I will make sure that I avoid culpability followers and avoid openly presenting my opposite views to followers. This is essential because it will enable me to find the main reason which causes the unwelcomed matter to occur. I will have the opportunity to find a better method that will aid me in resolving the unwelcomed matter. Also, as a leader, there is a strong possibility that I will have the responsibility of reconciling two individuals if unwelcomed matters arise between them. In fact, in order to make sure that the reconciling process takes place, I always make sure that I do not hold an unfair and unreasonable opinion between two individuals or two groups of people whom I am trying to reconcile; I will make sure that I concentrate on looking for the main reason which caused the unwelcomed matters to happen. Then I can explain ideas and proper procedures which will help them to resolve their misunderstanding while making sure I am in accordance with the standards.
Encouraging Others to Speak Up
I have selected my final artifacts from (LEAD 570). This explains in detail how leaders who exhibit honesty, integrity, trustworthiness, and ethics support followers to contribute their views, notions, and spirits. As a leader, I believe that I have to pay attention to someone to hear what is being said. This is among the main parts of exchanging information. It is essential to pay attention to when people who believe in me explain their views, notions, and spirits. I will have an opportunity to figure out methods that have recently come into existence to complete my responsibilities. Also, this will be an opportunity for people speaking, because they will be able to discover that their sound is given priority by leaders, as well as by the organization overall. My decision to allow followers to express their opinion frankly is critical because it will encourage employees to complete their activities as teamwork. Also, as their ethical leader, I will make sure they can manufacture more goods by encouraging them to work hard and professionally. Lastly, I will make sure that I am advancing the confidence of people who believe in me. In fact, I will do that by making sure they are conducting their activities in the environment which is free from harm within the organization.
Conclusion
Communication can be explained as an upright pillar of leadership which requires a leader to have several essential things. For example, confidence in one’s own abilities, conscious knowledge of one’s own character, feelings, motives and desires, and the capability to figure out if followers are able to access and accept the information they are told by their leader. As a leader, I must make sure that my followers can understand my communication with them to the extent that my intended message is successful, delivered, received and understood by them. I will continue to check and determine the quality of things that I explain to individuals who believe in me. Also, I will continue to make sure that I proceed to determine the quality of the things which I do and my essential principles within my company. Lastly, when a serious disagreement takes place, I always make sure that I work jointly on activities with employees. This is essential because it allows me to minimize the consequences of serious disagreement. As a leader, I will make sure that I work jointly with followers to make sure that they share or exchange information. This is essential because it will allow them to produce more goods, self-esteem. It will also put followers in a good position to conduct their activities while making sure that they are doing so as a willing group of people who dedicate themselves to work together to achieve a common aim.
Future Learning Goals:
As a current and future leader in my company, I need to make sure that I exchange information which is capable of producing an intended effect. I will be able to do this by making sure I advance my ability to convey information to my followers effectively and efficiently. As a leader, I use extra effort to make sure I advance my abilities to complete activities well within my organization. I will make sure I speak effectively with followers, as well as complete activities in other essential areas of my life (both my private life and specified activities) which are my main paid occupations. Also, I will continue to pay close attention to my followers, especially with how they exchange information to try to observe two essential things: communication methods that produce significant effects, and communication methods which do not produce any significant desired effect. Lastly, after completion of my Master's of Science in Leadership, I will develop new methods which will give me the opportunity to advance the process of conveying meaning without the use of words, either written or spoken, and my skills to use the sounds and words to express myself, especially in contrast to using gestures or mannerisms. I will also exchange information with followers and demonstrate that I will be in a competent position to lead followers well, and they will be able to achieve their organizational goals easily.
