Costs

The basic cost for the 5-day workshop is $1,500. However, fulltime students pay only half price, $750. The principle behind the student discount is financial need -- we assume students have less money to spend. So if you are, say, a manager at a company who happens to be getting a PhD in your spare time, please don't sign up as a student.

The price covers the cost of tuition; participants are responsible for their own hotel/travel/food costs. Aside from a few special events, the workshop does not provide meals.

UK community. Students, faculty and staff at the University of Kentucky are eligible to take the workshop at a special rate.

Registration. Information on how to register is available here. Please note that space is limited (55 persons for most modules) so it is a good idea to register as soon as registration opens.

Refunds. If you register but decide not to come, you may obtain a full refund if you notify us at least 1 week before the workshop begins. For more information, consult our refund policy.
