Membership dues are payable quarterly - 1/1, 4/1, 7/1, 10/1 and are due even if you failed to receive a billing notice.
Dues should be made payable to the Limeridge Homeowners Association and mailed.to:

- call Condominium Financial Management at 925 566-6800
- tell them you are a homeowner in the Limeridge development;
- give them your name and they will look up how much you owe.
All quarterly payments that are 90 days late are charged late fees and interest. Unpaid dues that are 120 days late will cause your account to be turned over to a collection agency. At that point Condominium Financial Management can no longer accept your payment.
Once the collection agency takes over, all unpaid membership dues, late fees and interest become due immediately. In addition all charges related to the collection expenses of the collection agency are added to the original unpaid membership dues, late fees and interest charges. The collection agency fees are quite expensive. You will pay almost double what you originally owed.
Failure to pay the collection agency will result in a lien against your property for the amount due.
Continued failure to pay dues will result in foreclosure of the property.

Nevertheless, for the 1 - 2 homeowners that get caught up in the collection process the consequences are devastating; not just because of the time spent, and the cost of the collection activities; but because they then face the threat of having their home foreclosed and their family evicted.
