After learning about five types of fiction the students in their groups will choose an index card with one of the types of fiction on it. The genre of fiction chosen will be the type of story that the students will be write in their groups. The students must incorporate the various elements of their chosen genre of fiction within their story. Once the stories are complete they will read their story to the rest of the class and the class must guess which genre of fiction the group selected.
