This letter is in reference to the warranty claim made on June 20, 2022 for the dining table and chair set.
I, Jane Olive, write this letter to bring to your notice that I purchased a dining table and chair set on June 10,2022 that I ordered through the official website of Wakefit which turned out to be an old and used product with lose screws and setup.
The product is under a warranty and as per the warranty offered by the company, I made a warranty claim on June 20, 2022 with the customer care number but it has not been addressed yet. The details of the complaint are mentioned below:
