Quiz 2 = Chapters 6, 7 and 8 

Quiz 3 = Chapters 9 and 10 

Passing Grade is 70%, equivalent to a 1.0

Final papers

The papers will have to talk about the 

Philippine Experience 

on the respective topics we discussed in class.

Each group has to choose a particular problem to focus on (education, health, environment, urbanization, urban job market, rural job market, corruption, etc.) and show the solutions of the government (what are the existing laws? are these effective or not?) and the group's own suggestions (think of this as a potential CSR). And an individual reflection paper on that topic.
