John Ledwith, PCC, MSOD

John Ledwith is an Organization Development Consultant and Executive Leadership Coach. He has over 35 years working with leaders and organizations to increase their impact and results by creating sustainable strategic, cultural, professional and individual change. In addition to John's extensive background, he utilizes his broad network of highly experienced consultants and coaches to assemble the most effective resource team to address your unique needs. He is the founder, owner, principal coach and consultant of Ledwith and Associates, LLC.

John is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coach Federation (ICF). He holds a Masters of Science Degree in Organization Development from Pepperdine University and an undergraduate degree in Sociology and Education from Lehman College of City University of N.Y. John has studied extensively in the fields of leadership and strategic, cultural and personal change. He holds a variety of professional certifications from the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland, the Gestalt International Study Center in Cape Cod, Franklin-Covey, Design Learning, Lominger Leadership, University Associates and Kaplan’s Balanced Scorecard. His master’s thesis was on Strategic Planning as a Change Process, which addressed an organization revisiting its fundamental reasons for being when faced with a game changing environment.

John has served as adjunct faculty in both Pepperdine University’s Masters Program in Organization Development (MSOD), as well as in the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland’s Organization and Systems Development program.

John has served as both President and a Board member for the Human Resource Management Association of N.M. He has been affiliated with the International Coach Federation (ICF), the Organization Development Network (ODN), the Society of Learning (SoL), the Pepperdine MSOD Alumni Group, and the New Mexico Chapter of the International Society for Performance Improvement (NMISPI).
