Constructivist approach from leader7
Reflection: This presentation is my rationale and "pep talk" for the staff. Looking at where we've been and what we've accomplished in a very short time, it is fair to say we've laid the groundwork towards moving to a constructivist model of learning. I think we are ready to move forward. Parts of this presentation have already been seen by my teachers, but there are some points of discussion we haven't worked through yet. I know Slideshare isn't the most exciting way to go about it, but there was a lot of ground to cover.
