Become familiar with the need to teach digital citizenship in the information age, understand how students see the world, identify resources appropriate to your students needs and your subject area, explore websites designed to educate others about online safety and digital citizenship,conduct a lesson with your students, and gain access to blogs with current information about digital citizenship issues.

If you click on the picture above, it will link you to Gooru, a website my tech director discovered for me. I used it to put together articles, websites, videos, and lessons that give a broad view of Digital Citizenship for my teachers. Gooru is a way of gathering websites, documents, slides, videos, and quizzes all into one place for students to access in a slideshow-type format. If you have an instructor who likes creating his/her own content or wants to flip the classroom, this site is for you! This was my first attempt and I will definitely use it again.
