A comfortable , clean , modern apartment with all modern amenities - with good views from the 3rd floor. Ideal if you want to spend some time in Cochin. A short rickshaw ride will bring you to all the shops and restaurants, or you can walk to all urban comforts from the Apartment.

Lazy nest is a nice place in Cochin for a Vacation. Well arranged.

I stayed at the apartment for almost a month. I did not expect it to be so well professionally managed. The facilities that you get for the price are pretty good.

Mr. Anil has been easily accessible most of the times over the phone and internet pre and post occupancy of the apartment. I liked his professional approach in general.

Having experienced villa rentals in Europe for many years, this was the first time we rented in India. As such we had many, many questions to ask Anil, prior to booking., after we had booked and while we were there, all of which he answered, despite working full time, within the day, accurately and honestly. Anil is a very approachable, professional person and we were grateful for his extensive and valuable local knowledge.

This clean, comfortable apartment is located on the third floor of a quiet residential block within easy walking distance of the major shopping streets in Ernakulam and a short tuk - tuk ride to the main bus stop. All the bedrooms, one of which has aircon and hot water, have en-suite shower rooms and fans. All of the equipment we used worked, including the TV and its plethora of digital channels, and my wife was especially impressed with the washing machine!

We spent a comfortable month in Kerala at Lazynest and it was a place we always looked forward to returning to after our adventures!
