We request you to check with us in advance for the restrictions over the usage of the apartment. If you have any specific requirements, kindly bring it to our attention as well so that we may avoid surprises. In general, we are strict about abiding by the rules of the owner's association.

  • All foreign citizens are required to submit the mandatory Arrival Report with Police Department (C Form).

  • All guests are required to produce photo identity for verification.

  • Individual guests are not permitted to sublet the premises. They can host guests with prior permission.
