2024

Seedlings is a Community Art  project, commissioned by Camden and Brent Councils as part of Light Up Kilburn , a Festival held in the London's neighbourhood of Kilburn in 2024.

For this project,  Lavinia hosted a series of lantern making workshops in ten different local schools and for local community groups, comibining the ancient traditions of paper lanterns and withies craft making and engaging around 300 people of different ages to co-creation an Art Installation for Light Up Kilburn Festival.
