Halibut on bed of mashed potatoes w/roasted pepper condiment

Basically the recipe is very different..But to simplify things..I'll post away this way..The way we remembered it:)

I used Cod..that's what we had..baked in the oven 20 minutes 400F w/ salt pepper and a stream of EVOO.

I prepared mashed potatoes with turnip..lovely and light..drizzled a stream of Xeres vinegar..

Topped with the cooked fish and then topped with this condiment:

A bit of Evoo,

2 roasted red peppers ..cut in tiny pieces

1/4 cup of raisins I had golden on hand

1/4 cup balsamic vinegar

1/2 cup fresh chopped parsley

Salt and pepper..

Cook everything until you have a nice salsa and top the fish w/ it~C'est vraiment bon!
