I think, on behalf of the majority of property owners, that we should not sit back and simply pay municipal fines. This is a kind of force and blackmail.
One should stand up and fight this slander and respond to them by sending a strong letter. Please prepare this response as soon as possible. We are in a democratic country and this is not democracy and it is against humanity that some innocent people are condemned and victims. They should not be condemned to pay a fine for never having done anything wrong. This is the fine that Torrevieja 93 should pay, not the deceived people of the buyer.
If we do nothing and remain silent, it will be a betrayal of owners who have become victims of a political and financial conspiracy, and they will again take money from the community account. We have elected and appointed you to be our voice and to stand up for our rights and not allow our legal and necessary rights to be trampled upon and subject to the unfair interests of others. Everyone should know that having a pool and green area is a legal right according to the law. This promise was given to all first time buyers of the properties in writing and sealed by the builder Torrevieja 93 of this community. All these documents were given to the community attorney with pictures. Take action please.

I request you to pay attention to the following points and become more familiar with the conspiratorial actions of some owners who have no purpose, except personal interests and ambitions, that originate from personal jealousy and enmity.
As you know, I had to take over the Community administration again to protect the interests of the community. But the above-mentioned group has not stopped subverting and spreading false rumors and continues to spread hypocrisy and intrigue by sending emails with baseless lies and rumors. Of course, I know that intelligent and wise owners never listen to these baseless rumors.
In an email sent, they said that I lied at the 2020 annual meeting that the community took ownership of the pool and from this date the pool belongs to the owners and the problem was resolved. I strongly deny and never said this and why should I say it ?. To prove this false slander by referring to the annual General meeting on Sept. 2020 in the official legal book of the community, which is the only legal authority.
Despite that, I posted the recorded video of the entire session on the community web site, so that these biased, mindless fools can stop their rumors and lies. Of course, they should be held accountable in court for this vile and shameless act, because I will not pass them by personally.
Owners with rational reasoning
Due to the financial problems of the organization, the cleaning of the pool, the surroundings of the pool and the entire community area has been stopped since October 1st. All the owners are requested to cooperate with each other in order to maintain the health of the environment until further notice. Please keep the pool and its surroundings and the outside of your property clean. Thank you for your cooperation and solidarity.
