Classic Caravan Exhibit rules

There will be limited space in the Craft Tent for model displays. Space will be allocated on a first come first served basis. If you are interested in exhibiting your models please contact Louise Battison for details and availability 07769  005236

Send your completed form to the appropriate section secretary (listed on Classes and Secretaries and also listed below) Don't forget to include a copy of your insurance which must include public liability.

Closing date for entries is 20th August . Late entries may be accepted but will not be included in the printed programme.

ENTRIES ON THE DAY WILL NOT BE  ALLOWED

The form states that 2 stamped addressed envelopes should be sent with the completed form. This is so that next year's entry form can be posted out to you. However if you are happy to download and print next year's form from the website you only need to send one with your entry for this year's passes.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

The Committee of Lanlivery Vintage Rally, and the Landowner of the land on which the rally is held, and their respective agents, servants, licensees and representatives are hereinafter collectively called ‘The Organisers’. 

The person who has signed the entry form is hereinafter called ‘The Exhibitor’.

Car passes will be issued to exhibitors accompanying vehicles and only 2 persons per entry will be admitted free of charge

No exhibitor/trader will be admitted to the rally field until 9am on the Thursday of the rally week for reasons of insurance.  Dropping off of exhibits must be by prior arrangement with the section secretary.  No camping will be allowed before Noon on Friday.

The unloading of vehicles from trailers will be carried out in the designated areas.

We are not obliged to supply fresh water. 

All exhibitors will to be in place by 10am each day and not to leave until 5pm.

Vehicle movements are forbidden during the rally unless under the direction of a rally official.  Should you leave the site whilst the rally is underway, upon return, you will be required to leave your vehicle in the public car-park.

All exhibitors and traders must be in place prior to the rally opening.

A 5 m.p.h. speed limit is in force throughout the site. 

Parking is done so entirely at the owners risk and drivers of any vehicles will take instruction and guidance from rally officials. Parking cannot be guaranteed next to your exhibit.

All flammable fuels must be stored in suitable containers.

Caravan passes are to be displayed in caravan windows.  Failure to do so will require you to pay the site fees payable by the general public. Any person not displaying or refusing to pay the appropriate fees will be instructed to leave the site, whether an exhibitor or visitor.

All dogs must be kept on a lead and owners must clean up after them.

This is a public event and all vehicles must comply with Road Traffic Act Regulations and all exhibitors must hold appropriate insurance.  You may be asked to produce your insurance certificate at any time and failure to produce a copy will result in the exhibitor being forbidden to operate their exhibit.

Anyone driving a vehicle must have the appropriate licence and may be asked to produce it at any time. If no satisfactory licence is produced they will be forbidden from driving the vehicle and the vehicle will be excluded from the Rally.  Only one person is allowed on a vehicle unless a second seat has been provided by the manufacturer and in any case the passenger will not be under thirteen years old. 

To qualify for a programme entry a completed entry form must be received by the section secretary no later than the closing date stated on the entry form.

This entry is accepted only on the strict understanding that the exhibitor fully and totally indemnifies The Organisers against all civil and other proceedings of whatever nature made or brought against The Organisers in respect of any personal injury or loss of personal property, however caused, which arises out of, or in any way in connection with, this entry or the attendance of The Exhibitor and his representatives at the above rally.  The Exhibitor will take out insurance suitable to cover all claims being the subject of this indemnity.
