Oct 15, back from Russ

I had planned on using a decal for the white nose, spent $54 + shipping for

one from Motivationusa. On Oct 21 I tried to apply. What a disaster!

Maybe someone much more talented than I could have made it work, but the

3 dimensional contours of the nose seemed impossible. I even tried cutting

it in half, still no use. Into the garbage can.

Despite lots of bad weather, it seemed like Oct 23 was going to be dry and ~57 degrees,

so I said screw-it, I'll paint it. (without removing it). Taped and ready to RC.

Of couse as soon as I started the rain clouds moved in, so I quickly out up the tent.

(never did rain).
