Ms. Kubas's Classroom

Hello, I am Ms. Kubas and I am a Social Studies educator. I have always been driven by opportunities to learn, travel, and teach. I received my undergraduate degrees in Secondary Education and Social Studies. After graduating from college, I accepted an offer to teach the English Language teacher in South Korea for almost four years. I am a Social Studies enthusiast and love to eat, hike, and explore my way around the world! During my time in South Korea and after I left, I had the opportunity to travel throughout Asia and South America. With these travels, I had the opportunity to learn new languages, experience ancient historical sites, and try as many foods as possible!

After I returned to Connecticut, I renewed my commitment to Social Studies educator. I currently work as a paraprofessional while I complete my Master's degree in Secondary Education. I am focusing on methods to interconnect the C3 Inquiry curriculum to create responsible, active, and engaged citizens.
