The Brain Tumour Charity
Many thanks to all who have supported me so far! Christos Kotsogiannis is fundraising for The Brain Tumour Charity
My next challenge is the London Marathon on the 27th of April 2025, which I will run in memory of two dear persons, Miltos Makris and Vivika Koliatsi, and for all those suffering from brain cancer. This cause is incredibly close to my heart and my family’s, and I am determined to do my part to support vital research, raise awareness, and help those affected by the dreadful disease.
I am fundraising for The Brain Tumour Charity, whose incredible work provides hope, support, and much-needed progress in the fight against this disease. Every donation, no matter how big or small, will help bring us closer to better treatments and, one day, a cure.
Please support me if you can on this journey and help make a lasting impact. My @JustGiving page is Christos Kotsogiannis is fundraising for The Brain Tumour Charity
Many thanks for the support! I was not sure I would be able to run because of a knee injury that has been troubling me, but, unexpectedly, I managed to complete the whole course.
Bright Futures!
For some time, I had hoped to bring together a group of people who enjoy running not only for fitness and fun but also as a way to support meaningful causes. In 2022, this idea finally took shape with the creation of Bright Futures, thanks to the encouragement, enthusiasm and support of family, friends, and colleagues. The aim of the group is simple: to exercise together while raising awareness and funds for organisations doing vital work. There is no formal membership—runners simply join whenever a call goes out.
Since its formation, Bright Futures has participated in three major events—the Athens Authentic Marathon in 2023, 2024, and 2025—and has raised more than €6,000 to support two remarkable charities that assist families with children facing cancer: FLOGA and LAMPSI.
