It was the 2012 Paris Kotei's Honor Event - part III. The idea was not only a costume contest, it was a performance contest. Many clans are known to grow up artists, a few of them were strong enough to attend that event.
Remember that this Honor Event was a four contests event. Every attendee gave points to their clan. Only one clan could win, only its most honorable player could be the Honor Contest Winner.
The Crane Clan won the Honor Event, his most honorable member was Benjamin Ott.
