Honda CB250N

Slowly but steady I've been working on a Honda CB250NA from 1981 I picked up. Originally, it was not running and had not moved for at least 3 years. Various parts were painted with Hammerite. Unfortunately, this hasn't stopped the rust monster to keep eating precious metal.

After doing some basic maintenance (cleaning the carburettors, new oil, battery, fuses, etc)... it started but kept running barely. Oil was leaking out of the head gasket, lots of blue smoke was coming out of various holes in the exhaust system and the clutch plates did not seem to disengage. It was clear that at least a top end revision of the engine would be necessary.

Furthermore, the hydraulic front brake was not assembled and the front forks were leaking oil.

Both cylinders were stained with burned oil, which has been leaking though the valve guides.
