A Fun Wine Dinner Reliving the
Suspenseful Movies as Influenced by Alfred Hitchcock

This will be a fun evening of reliving "Hollywood Suspense Movies yesterday and today", as influenced by the iconic Director Alfred Hitchcock.  We will feature his movies, (Psycho, The Birds, Vertigo), and how they created an example for other suspenseful movies from Directors and Studios in the 80's, 90's and 2000's" (Blow Out, Shutter Island, What Lies Beneath, Alien)!  Join us for our 10th Annual Wine Tasting Dinner. We will be at Brianza Gardens and Winery in Verona.   Come dressed in Character Movie Attire or not. Your choice!  Prizes will be awarded for the best dressed man and woman. Our meal will have a Hollywood cuisine flair. Share wines remembering the fun times of suspenseful movies!  We will feature both "live and silent" auctions items. 

Past Events

We were be at the New Day Ranch in Verona from 10:00 AM until Noon. The New Day Ranch in Verona, KY, is a working Ranch featuring Horses and other Farm Animals.  We had a visit from the Easter Bunny and kids went on an Easter Egg Hunt. Everyone was able to visit a “petting zoo”.  There was be a Brunch with pancakes, sausage, egg burritos, and juice and water. In addition, we had a Silent Auction offering 20 beautiful baskets. All this was primarily for the purpose to assist New Day Ranch and the Ryle High School Key Club. 

Salvation Army Kettle Bell Ringing

December 13, 2025 Saturday 10:00 AM until 6:00 PM

Kroger's Rt 18, Burlington, KY      

Our Annual Tradition for "Ringing the Bells" for Salvation Army.  Both Kiwanis Club of Boone County
and Ryle High School's Key Club will be involved.  There may even be a Rudolph sighting.  Picture taking welcome!

Kiwanis had a successful fundraiser September 12, 2025 at Brianza Winery!! Such a fun event!! We had 60 folks relive Hollywood history of the 40s, 50s, and 60s. Kiwanis Boone County  rocks.  

We were supporting GO Pantry and Camp Corral primarily along with the Kiwanis of Boone County.

Join us for our 9th Annual Wine Tasting Dinner. We will be at Brianza Gardens and Winery in Verona.  Our Theme is “Hollywood  - The Glamour Years".  This will be a fun evening of reliving all the epic days of  the Movies, Music and the Fashion as experienced in Hollywood from the 1940’s until the 1960’s. Lets take a walk down Sunset Boulevard! Come dressed in period attire or not. Your choice!  Prizes will be awarded for the best dressed man and woman. Share wines remembering the Glamour of those days!  We will feature both "live and silent" auctions items. Music provided by Mike Duncan.
