1959 Cadillac Miller Meteor Ecto-1

One of my all-time favorite conversion works, finally completed out of boredom during the Covid-19 lockdown (this must be a fun PTSD trigger for you, internauts in the future). Started in 2015, this project started from the original Ecto-1 model present in the 2008 videogame "Ghostbusters: The Videogame" (PC version) and was intended to be released alongside the Chariot Romero as my 2015 Halloween package, but was ghosted out of lack of time and motivation for the level of details that I wanted to include.

Over the years, through my bursts of motivation to work on it, I've finally achieved the goal to make it a movie-accurate depiction of the Ecto-1 van from the 1984 movie "Ghostbusters". Besides a realistic livery and gizmos, I've modified the textures and 3D model to make the model more realistic, using assets from the '59 Cadillac Eldorado model from the game "Driver: San Francisco".

It also includes my mandatory HD dashboard that fits 16:9 screen ratio, liveries inspired by the movie sequel "Ghostbusters 2" as well as the upcoming 2021 movie "Ghostbusters: Afterlife", 3D models of the characters as driver and passangers, the iconic siren and fully animated emergency lights, made by my good friend The_Most_Wanted. Many other smaller features like a driveable "vehicle" of the beloved Slimer character and a couple of easter eggs are included!

In order for the lights and siren to work properly, it's required to use the MM2Hook trainer, available on the unofficial Midtown Madness Discord server, though included on the files is a patch that allows some features to work without it, given the limitations of the MM2 engine. Please read the included ReadMe file for instructions, troubleshooting and details on this requirement.
