Codeigniter 2 and Doctrine 2 Integration

I've been looking around for a good documentation in integrating Codeigniter 2 and Doctrine 2, but somehow it was very difficult to find them. Now that I found one, I'm going to extend its documentation to cover including the simple and stupid things I failed to realize when I tested it myself. So here they are:

1. Download WAMP. Make sure the PHP is greater than version 5.3
2. Download this Codeigniter 2 and Doctrine Integrated package.
3. Enable Apache rewrite_module from the http.conf file.
4. Enable PHP short_open_tag from the php.ini file.
5. Follow further instructions and documentation from this page!
