Image Search Engine is a .Net, EmguCV.Net and Isa.Net powered Image Search and Analysis Framework. Using Image Search Engine (ISE) you can develop image search and analysis application utilizing the inherent features of its underlying infrastructure namely EmguCV.Net which is the .Net wrapped version of OpenCV, a computer vision library.
