We would like to welcome you and thank you for taking the time to stop by and look at our site. The ranch is broken into several sections and situated in the piney woods of East Texas surrounded by the Sam Houston National Forest.

If you are looking to have your horse trained please look at the training tab and read up on what we do. The Ranch takes in a limited number of horses each year, we want our customers to be happy and many of them are repeater customers which lets us know we are doing a great job. We limit the number of horses to three outside horses a month or every two-four months to ensure that each horse is getting all they can out of our programs, they are never rushed so another can fill its slot. Many horses stay with us for three months. For someone to say that your horse is broke in 30 days is hard for me to believe as our 25 days of groundwork is just being firmed up by that time. If they say your horse is trained in 30 days your horse is pushed beyond their mental capabilities and sometimes even their physical ones. We value the mind and bodies of our horses and want them sound all the way around.

We are a small family operation and have been breeding and using our horses since the early 1960's. Currently standing two performance stallions Cinco Peppy (Mr. San Peppy) and Roan Raider (Hancock 98-100%), several started colts, riding horses, mares and foals for sale.

Our goal is to breed the ideal working horse that meets our needs and AQHA standards. Colt starting (Horsemanship), clinics and trail rides available. If you have your own horse and would like to ride in the Sam Houston National Forest email the ranch and we will be happy to set up a date and guide you through the forest for a minimal fee, currently we do not supply horses.

Our horses have been on the property going on 4 generations with the same bloodlines. A select group of outstanding broodmares from proven working lines of cutting and reining horses are bred back to the very best of stallions with the same performance and athletic ability.

The foals are born and raised in the pasture where they are allowed to play, run and grow as nature intended them to; this allows them to become well adjusted individuals without any stall vices.

For those looking we do have some "Color" and it is only the icing (not the main ingredient) on the already well turned out cake for these outstanding performance quarter horses. The Ranch produces a very limited number of foals every couple of years and outside stallion breeding is limited to a small number of quality mares. Please book early

Please note these horses are not stalled, clipped, under blankets or other small housing requirements, they freely range over nearly a hundred acres.
