Institutional Review Board for HCBE Researchers

If you are looking for the official website of the NSU Institutional Review Board (IRB), this is not it. Here, I share answers to FAQs as the IRB Representative for the Huizenga College of Business and Entrepreneurship (HCBE), your point of contact for questions about IRB processes for business research involving human subjects. Most questions focus on the Collaborative IRB Training Initiative Program (i.e., the CITI Program) and the NSU IRB Manager (where you submit "xForms" for researcher qualification and new protocols).

• The NSU IRB hosts a webpage for new investigators. Also, on the first Tuesday of every month from 7-8 PM, the IRB Office holds a virtual open forum/Q&A session via Zoom, giving investigators the opportunity to ask questions and gain valuable information.

• Which CITI Program Training should HCBE faculty members complete before conducting research involving human subjects? We need "Group 2: Social-Behavioral-Educational (non-HPD) Researchers."
