We prefer email and Slack for day-to-day communication, with an emphasis on responsiveness and clarity. Weekly peer team meetups occur via Zoom, providing opportunities for discussion, feedback, and collaboration. Team members are expected to communicate any absences or scheduling conflicts promptly to ensure effective coordination.
