Dr. Grogan's lab focuses on the intersection between genomic variation and fitness across environmental variation.

The Grogan lab is housed at the University of Cincinnati in the Departments of Anthropology and Biological Sciences. We study the effects of environmental change on the interaction of genomic diversity and fitness in wild ring-tailed lemurs and Ugandan hunter-gatherers. See the Research page for more information. If interested in joining the Grogan lab, see the People page for more information.

Fortunate are those who have learned to see, in the wild things of nature, something to be loved, something to be wondered at, something to be reverenced, for they will have found the key to a never-failing source of recreation and refreshment. - Hugh B. Cott
