2024

January - Kelly Pawlak joined the Grogan lab!

2023

March - Olayemi is awarded a University Research Council Graduate Student Summer Stipend for a Faculty-Student Collaboration!

May - Christine Peterson graduates and is admitted to the UC College of Medicine Biomedical Research Technologies Masters Program. Also Zeke Pierson & Brady Carr join the lab as an undergraduate research assistants. Zeke's participation in the lab is supported by a Summer Mentor-Mentee Research Award from the Taft Center!

August - Elizabeth McGinnis joins the lab as an undergraduate research assistant.

2022

April - Grace Miller presents a poster at AABA 2022 and graduates as the first undergraduate from the Grogan lab and begins a job as a Genetics Counseling Assistant!

July - Christine Peterson joins the lab as an undergraduate research assistant.

2021

August - Olayemi Ajayi begins as the first PhD student in the Grogan lab

June - Dr. Grogan is a co-author on former mentee Audrey Arner's paper published in PLoS Genetics

May - Grace & Dr. Grogan are awarded a Mentor-Mentee Award from the Taft Center

January - Grace Miller joins the Grogan lab as the first person besides Dr. Grogan!

2020

August - The Grogan lab officially opens at the University of Cincinnati.
