About me

I am a conservation scientist and quantitative ecologist broadly interested in global change ecology and applied biodiversity conservation.

My research fits in conservation ecology and its two components, theoretical and applied. My work focuses on studying the processes driving spatial and temporal dynamics of biodiversity, in a context of global change, through an integrative approach combining both quantitative and theoretical ecology. The use of such approaches, and associated tools, is essential to guide biodiversity management and conservation strategies and for the implementation of public policies ensuring the maintenance of socio-ecosystems quality. Most of my work relies on data from Citizen Science programs which provide extensive data sets that allow conducting ecological research at multiple spatio-temporal scales.
