There are various option available.
30min, 45min, train with a friend, block booking etc
Group Exercise - 3 sessions per week.
Monday 9.15 - 10.15 am, body weight full body strength/tone session - Vernham Dean Hall or via Zoom (recording available if time unsuitable)
Tuesday 9.15 - 10 am, High Intensity Interval Training/toning - Zoom only (recording)
Wednesday 9.15 - 10 am , Core Strength/ Mobility/Stretch - Zoom only (recording)
