I fully understand what it’s like to be busy and to be dealing wih a changing body as we age. I have held down fulltime work, brought up 2 children, run a home, looked after parents and had the pleasure of owning pets!!

I used to work for a large high street bank, sitting behind a desk for over twenty years. Having left there I have decided not to sit behind a desk for the rest of my life and to do something that I enjoy and have a passion for.
Helping others to improve their lives and achieve their goals is my fundamental aim.

Pilates
Les Mills BodyStep International Licence
Exercise to Music instructor (Level2)
Natural Running Technique
Outdoor Exercise programmes ie ‘BootCamp’.
Childrens Fitness (CRB Checked)
1st Aid Trained
I do not have a fancy gym to work from, I believe that a healthy lifestyle and general fitness should be accessible to everyone. I currently work from a small garden building studio; in person, via zoom or in my clients home/garden (weather permitting). It should be enjoyable to meet your fitness expectation anywhere, with or without equipment. I aim to develop your accessibility to fitness opportunities at home with minimal specialszed equipment. I will write the programme, teach the great techniques to keep you safe and provide the motivation to help you achieve fitness!
Working with me as your PT will be challenging yet rewarding. There will be some fun along the way, some sweat, hopefully no tears and plenty of improvements in your health, fitness and general well being.
