IT'S ALL ABOUT BEING HEALTHY AND STRONG RATHER THAN SKINNY
Hello, welcome to and thank you for visiting my site, I hope it gives you an insight into Personal Training and me. I would like to introduce myself and tell you a little bit about Personal Training.
My name is Karina, I have been working in the fitness industry for the past 12 years after a long career in the financial world (change is good) !
I am a Mat Pilates Instructor, Group Exercise to Music teacher, Natural Running Techniques Coach, Bootcamp (outdoor fitness) Circuits Trainer, Step Instructor and Personal Trainer qualified to work with 5yr+.
As a professional Personal Trainer I am open, honest and care about what you want to achieve, i.e.
more energy
better mobility/flexibility
improved posture
weight loss
improved tone/strength
higher self esteem/confidence
better Cardio Vascular (CV) fitness
During your initial consultation meeting (which I will keep as informal as possible) I will collect lots of information about you and your lifestyle in order to help you establish your personal goals.
Following this I will;
complete an analysis of your posture/movement,
ensure that I design and implement a bespoke exercise programme specifically for you – tailor made!
maintain regular contact therefore keeping your enthusiasm alive,
challenge, encourage and motivate you to adhere to the programme and meet your goals.
conduct regular reviews of your progress and adapt your workout as appropriate.
Personal Training is often seen as being for the young, beautiful, already fit people - however I don't think they benefit most as they are often enthusiastic, energetic and motivated to work on their own health and fitness! Those of us who have busy home/work lives and are currently juggling tasks and activities, not to mention changing bodies are those that need help to focus, putting a little time aside for our own benefit!!
