Changes

• Unified icons: icons now look the same across Android versions.
• Added Anki export (premium): export favorites to an Anki deck for easy review.
• Added Share action: copy kanji details to any application that accepts text.
• Added bell/buzzer for quiz: right/wrong answers are marked with a sound as well as visually. Enable in Settings.
• Coupon code upgrade support: you can now enable premium features with promotional coupon codes. (watch the blog and G+)
